After a brief overview of the conceptual framework of renewable energy ideas, issues and decisions, ESF and SU faculty, staff, students and local company representatives will respond to your questions.

No fee, but pre-registration is required.

Renewable Technologies and Carbon Cycling

Full day of energy experts in full debate, concurrent sessions and a panel presentation. Many researchers and scientists have projected that we will double our carbon emissions worldwide by 2050. The negative effects this will have on our environment have raised significant concerns in the public and private sector in response to carbon emissions and climate change, coupled with fossil fuels and renewable energy technologies such as as wind and biomass.

Location: Alumni (Nifkin) Lounge in Marshall Hall, One Forestry Drive, SUNY ESF Campus

$25 fee includes breakfast and lunch on Thursday.
