Additional InformationMike Boots is Chief of Staff at the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ). The Council on Environmental Quality coordinates Federal environmental efforts and works closely with agencies and other White House offices in the development of environmental policies and initiatives. At the start of the Obama Administration, he served as an Associate Director managing the natural resources portfolio at CEQ – protecting and conserving the nation’s special places, landscapes, freshwater ecosystems and oceans.
