"Chris Mooney is Washington correspondent for Seed magazine and a senior correspondent for the American Prospect. He focuses on issues at the intersection of science and politics; recent articles include a Columbia Journalism Review feature story about the problem with "balance" in science coverage and a Boston Globe commentary on the political plight faced by scientists over the next four years."
His first book,"The Republican War on Science," was published earlier this year.
