The Syracuse Center of Excellence in Environmental and Energy Systems hosts an annual symposium. This year's symposium, "Creating Resilience in Sustainable Communities," will be held at the Oncenter in downtown Syracuse on September 29th and 30th. It will "show how Central Upstate New York’s innovative green industrial sector, its robust research institutions, and its vibrant neighborhoods can work together to create communities that are truly sustainable and resilient to changes in population, economics, and the environment."
