This talk will focus on the most contentious issues under negotiation in
the lead-up to Copenhagen – including financing and technology transfer
to developing countries – and the various proposals on the table to
address them. It will examine these in the context of the need for a
fundamental transformation of energy systems in both developed and
developing countries.
