| Xianjin (Jin) Lai is a Visiting Scholar in the Department of Public Administration, Center for Environmental Policy and Administration of the Maxwell School. Jin’s research focuses on science, technology and public policy, specifically on energy technology innovation and climate change policy. He is a visiting PHD Candidate from the Graduate University at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and holds a BS in Public Administration from Sichuan University in Chengdu (2004). |
